service and noise issues
unhelpful staff persistent noise
The staff seemed quite unhelpful. i had booked a king room, but upon arrival, they claimed none were available. i spent one night listening to loud music from an adjacent room! i called the front desk, but the noise persisted. No action was taken.

clean room in central location
spacious room helpful staff
i found the room spacious and well-equipped i could reach the city center in under ten minutes the staff were attentive and helpful i also appreciated the convenient location near downtown.
the hotel has a new policy of cleaning rooms every other day they did not replenish anything either i was not informed about this at check-in and my colleague's room was cleaned while mine was not.

the king room offers ample space it features comfortable furniture i found it to be quiet and clean a good internet connection is available for work or leisure.

the hotel includes a bistro that serves breakfast the staff were amazing i found the breakfast options well made there might not be a lot of options.

the hotel provides valet parking to ensure car safety and security the check-in staff was helpful they gave suggestions for nearby drinks they are attentive to needs.

makeup towels charging points water server
the room include black makeup towels and charging points in the bedside tables. the shower head was handheld. the front desk offer a water server with fruits inside. i thought that was good.
the hotel provide no water in the lobby and no coffee in the morning.

the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. my room was big. it was well maintained. breakfast was really good too.
i found a low-quality coffee machine in my room. there was only a limited selection of coffee. i did not find tea or a teapot available.
